KMS has been active in Solapur’s Talukas, including Barshi, Pandharpur, Madha, Malshiras, and Karmala, covering both rural and urban areas of Solapur city. As per KMS, there are an estimated 4,000 community members from the sex worker community and 1,000 from MSM and transgender groups across these Talukas. KMS directly engages with around 2,300 sex workers and 450 MSM and transgender members.
